JAZZ CLUB QUESTIONS

Q: What Days Is The Club Open?
A: Shows happen regularly on Friday and Saturday nights with the exception of some major holidays. Occasionally, we will present an artist for a three-night run or a one-off show on a Thursday or Sunday.

Q: What Time Is The Club Open?
A: Doors open at 7:30pm for Friday & Saturday shows. For Sunday or Thursday shows, doors may open at various times depending on the artist and show. Please refer to the start time listed on the event page of our ticketing platform for the most current information.

Q: Do You Have Reserved Seating?
A: Seating is on a general ticket, first-come-first-served basis. For best seating options, we recommend arriving shortly before doors open for shows (doors open one hour before showtimes). If you are dining with us, you may come to the club when doors open at 7:30pm to secure seating.

Q: Do You Have A Bar In The Club?
A: YES! We have a full bar in the club and table service!

Q: Is The Club 21+?
A: No, we welcome all ages in the club!

Q: Is There A Dress Code In The Club?
A: While we do not have a formal dress code policy in the club, most attendees “dress to impress”!

Q: How Many Seats Are In The Club?
A: There are about 68 seats in the club.

Q: How Long Are Shows?
A: Shows typically begin at 8:30pm (unless otherwise noted – please refer to show details when purchasing tickets) and are usually two, 45-50 minute sets of music with a short 10-15 minute intermission.

Q: Can I Take Pictures In The Club?
A: You may take cell phone photos only, but please use the utmost discretion. Bright screens and flash are VERY distracting to the artists, so please refrain from using either. Absolutely no professional photo, audio, or video equipment is allowed in the club without prior written press permission from both the artist and the club.

DINING QUESTIONS (See Menus Below)

Q: Do You Serve Food In The Club?
A: We serve small plates (cheese/meat plate, hummus plate, nacho plate,sweets plate) in the club. If you would like to enjoy a delicious full meal before your show, the Old Lyme Inn (directly attached to the club) has a wonderful prix-fixe menu. Reservations can be made HERE and we recommend a reservation sometime between 6-6:30 so that you may enjoy your meal with ample time before the show starts.

Q: Is There A Discount On Dinner At The Old Lyme Inn?
A: Beginning January 1st, 2023, there will no longer be a dining discount at the Old Lyme Inn.   

Q: Can I Bring My Dinner or Dessert Into The Club From The Old Lyme Inn?
A: Unfortuntaely, we do not allow diner to eat their full meal  or part of their meal in the club. This is due to the very limited table space and an effort to ensure the best service experience possible for our guests.

Q: Can I Bring My Drink From The Old Lyme Inn Bar Into The Club?
A: Yes!
